Custom Press Modifications and Controls
We can customize our production presses with a variety of safety tools, switches and controls, process monitoring equipment, additional power sources and more. Below are just a few examples of available modifications available for our presses:
Light Curtains and Guarding
Light curtains form an invisible barrier of light beams in a set area around the press or through an entry or exit area that if disrupted, automatically stops or retracts the press, depending on the condition. Guarding enclosures are another safety option, which can cover one area, partially surround the press or fully enclose the press in combination with interlocking access doors.

Process Monitoring Equipment
Process monitoring equipment collects information about the performance of each press cycle for process analysis. Force and distance monitoring, for instance, uses electronic technology to offer real-time pass-fail feedback upon completion of the pressing cycle and produces a visual representation of the press stroke during a cycle. This informs the press operator whether the press force and press stroke are within the acceptable key parameters, acknowledging a conforming assembly. The data collection enabled by force and distance monitoring and other press equipment can be stored and used for process monitoring over time as well, providing insight into areas of improvement overall.

Press Frame and Base Design
Our presses can be custom designed in a C-frame, 2-post or 4-post configuration, depending on your application or floor space needs. Our presses are offered in a benchtop version, or fitted with a matching floor stand or machine base.
Press Turnkey and Automation Systems
Various automations can be integrated with our presses to increase efficiency of operations and streamline your production or assembly process.
